Shipping Policy & Weather Notice

All orders are processed and shipped from Wildwood, Florida within 1–2 business days. We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $99 USD or more (before taxes and after discounts). For orders under $99 USD, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
• High Temperature Warning: Lash adhesives are extremely sensitive to heat. Due to Florida’s warm climate and transit to other states, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to monitor tracking information and retrieve the package immediately upon delivery. Do not leave products in outdoor mailboxes, porches, or vehicles exposed to direct sunlight.
