Return & Refund Policy
Due to strict United States health, hygiene, and sanitation regulations regarding cosmetic and eye-area products, all sales of opened, used, or tampered products are final.
- Eligible Returns: We only accept returns for products that are completely new, unopened, factory-sealed, and returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence in order to process a replacement at no additional cost.
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses to our Florida warehouse. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
